In the summer of 2023 I cycled 1600km in 13 days from Rotterdam to Monaco on a basic Swapfiets: rear brakes and without gears. That’s an average of 123km per day; cycling a bit more in the flatlands and a bit less crossing the mountains.
Ohpourcoffee
It took at least 35 years for me to start drinking coffee. Starting with cappuccino, I quickly moved to the stronger flat white. Currently, I am on a journey to explore filter coffee, focusing on all the aspects that affect its taste: origin, altitude, variety, processing, roasting and brewing.
