Shipping is asking for help
The internet is a weird bunch. There seems to be only right and wrong without any discussion possible. And that limits us. Because even though we think we are right, other people might think otherwise and most of us simply don’t like any feedback.
So, we don’t ship (publish, share, etc.)
We don’t ship because we don’t want feedback.
We want to be right and that people agree with us.
But shipping is not about being right.
Shipping is about asking for help. Asking for help to do better; to know better, and to learn more.
Shipping is asking for help. Asking others to join you on your journey. To grow together. And to ship again, with new information available. New insights. And perhaps more confidence.
Shipping is asking for help. To open up and allow feedback to come in. To ask for feedback, even. So that you may learn and gain and ship again.
Asking for help is shipping.
